DHIVYAM enables customers to save in fixed advance installments. By enrolling in this Plan, customers choose an amount of their choice as monthly installment. There are various slabs starting from Rs.500. We give a bonus of 2 months’ contribution at the end of the Plan. After the 20th month, customers can choose to buy gold ornaments of their choice.

Terms and Conditions

The monthly installment amount agreed by the customer must be paid continuously on the respective due dates (no later than 10 days from the due date) for 20 months without fail.

Payment can be made online every month through Credit/Debit card or Net banking or NEFT or at the showroom.

The monthly installments cannot be carried over or be paid in advance.

Payment of installment/s beyond the stipulated period, or payment of more than one installment WILL not be entertained.

Cash will not be refunded under any circumstances.

On completion of 20 months, customers can purchase gold jewellery for the total amount saved.

The applicable GST and stone charges (if any) have to be fully borne by the customer. In case of increase in taxes or introduction of new levies/taxes, the same shall also be fully borne by the customer.

The advance payment cannot be extended beyond the 20 months period. The Plan will be discontinued in the event of any default in the monthly advance payments. Hence it is essential that the customer pays the advance payments continuously without fail. In the event of the customer not making any one advance payment during the tenure, the Plan will be discontinued automatically from that month, and the customer will not be entitled for ‘2 months contribution bonus’ as per the terms mentioned above.

The management reserves the right to alter, amend, add or delete part or whole of the privileges of the scheme without prior notice or suspend the scheme at any time. In such an event, money will not be refunded and the customer shall purchase any item at the showroom equal to the value of money/ weight in grams.

Soundaryam is a flexible 11 month Gold booking scheme. This scheme helps protect customers against rising gold rates. Under these scheme customers can book grams of gold every month for 11 months post which he/she can redeem the grams booked in form of Gold jewellery at gold rate applicable at the time of redemption. Customers can join this scheme and contribute towards their gold fund.

Monthly installment amount is converted into Gold equivalent weight (at prevailing market rate) and accumulated in your account as gold. Customers can pay the rate of 22 karat gold that is prevailing on that day. After completion of 11 months, customers can choose to buy gold ornaments or gold coins of their choice without Making charge or Wastage equivalent to the gold accumulated in this scheme.

In case the customer chooses an ornament that has inseparable excess weight, then the price of the excess weight will be the prevailing rate on that day plus average wastage charges and GST.

In case of balance in grams, if any, left out in the Savings Scheme account after adjusting the purchase item, gold coins are made available for the customers to purchase. Balance money will not be refunded in cash.
